How We Ensure Quality at Summit Studios Viewing Facilities

When you book and use our Viewing Facilities and Services at Summit Studios you can relax in the knowledge that your clients, participants and information is in safe hands.  We want our clients to have a comfortable and enjoyable time when working with us, we understand that sometimes projects can be stressful or time consuming so at least while you’re at Summit you can concentrate on the research. We have implemented tried and proven processes and structure to ensure your projects run seamlessly.

At Summit Studios we have our own Total Quality Management in place (TQM), we have also adopted guidelines set out by ISO9001. We have implemented tried and proven working processes and structures to our daily admin and booking process right through to our excellent training structure for our whole team. In addition to this we have strict guidelines in place when dealing with confidential information, online, via email and in paper form. We abide by The Data Protection Act set out by the ICO as well as our own TQM, this includes password protection and deletion/shedding processes.

Our whole team receives good training and all have signed declarations to follow all our procedures and abide by codes of conduct set out by our own TQM as well as our associations including The Market Research Society, Viewing Facilities Association, Association of Qualitative Research, The Data Protection Act and Employers Liability. Monitoring and updates are carried out continuously by Managers and the Owner to ensure standards are always maintained.

Our team at Summit receive both initial and ongoing training, both in-house and externally from experts including; Summit Introduction, Customer Service, Hospitality, Equipment & Technology, Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, First Aid and Total Quality Management.

Summit studios take pride in offering a first class service and a high standard of viewing facilities and meeting rooms we have available. We want every client, researcher and respondent to experience a friendly, efficient and comfortable experience. A Dedicated Project Manager is assigned to every booking and they are completely available to that client, the researchers and respondents throughout your time in our venue as well as before and after the booking. Our facilities are thoroughly cleaned before and after every booking, equipment and furniture is tested and replaced regularly.

Our Respondent Recruitment and Fieldwork Service is certainly not excluded from our TQM, Summit Studios priority is providing a quality service to both clients and respondents. A dedicated Project Manager and our team of recruiters work harder than most to ensure you have quality respondents that match criteria’s and are eager to take part in your research projects.

We run continuous recruitment campaigns, and have an excellent database so we can often provide respondents quickly, and many of our respondents are completely new to market research. Our recruiters strictly screen and select respondents that match criteria, using agreed screeners, our team keep all details confidential and we ask respondents to bring ID. Occasionally with more complex projects issues may arise, we will always identify any issues quickly and we offer solutions.

Our recruiters are often the team you will meet when visiting our venue so both clients and respondents get a seamless service and this allows for us to build good working relationships and gain a better understanding of your requirements and expectations.
