Conference room
Our conference room offers flexible layouts and seating arrangements and is equipped with flip charts, a data projector, lap top and photocopier. Wireless internet access throughout our premises. Our conference room offers flexibility in layouts; Boardroom style it seats up to 24, theatre style seats up to 50 and horseshoe layout seats up to 24.
Meeting suits
Our meeting suits are ideal for more casual meetings. Our suites can seat up to 12 people and have comfortable armchairs and coffee tables. Flip charts, a data projector, lap top and photocopier can be arranged if requested, all included in the hire rates.
Viewing studios
Summit Studios has two viewing studios with adjoining one way mirrors to our meeting suites. Our viewing studios record sound and images on to DVD, VHS and Digital formats and are ideal for focus groups, assessment days, training sessions, castings and interviews. Our meeting suites seat up to 12 people and adjoining viewing studios can seat up to 8. For clients needing a larger viewing space we offer live web-streaming in to our conference room which holds up to 24 people boardroom style.
Reception area
Our reception is also ideal as a break out area or as a waiting area for respondents and clients.
Catering
We offer a compete catering service and have a variety of menus to suit all diatery requirements. Please see our extras page for further details.
